    App crashes upon start

    I contacted customer service but after several days they seem not to mind. Luckily for me I payed the price of a non smart brush and so the inconvenience is only in Utility and not cost.

    Can’t use the app or overseas

    I bought this Oral B to replace my previous Oral B. I noticed that it is only 110v not like so many other small appliances, the ability to use it in multiple voltage.

    Also, I updated my iPhone iOS and now cannot use the phone app

    light and strong

    Very light and strong brush. I use Oral-B electric toothbrushes for years now. They improve each time. Highly recommended.

    Oral B sense

    This is the best electric toothbrush i have used. I love the app feature, multiple settings and how powerful it is. My only criticism is the size and noise level. The size is fine for the bathroom, but a bit big for travel and the motor is very loud. Other than that, this brush is fantastic and I have recommended it to others.

    Disconnects from Wifi

    I'm finding that the wifi disconnects without reconnecting automatically. I am not sure why that is. I have it set to the 2.4 wifi, my phone shows full signal in the same bathroom as the toothbrush, but it still keeps losing its connection and then all uploads stop.

    Amazing electric toothbrush

    I love the fact it tells you where to brush and for how long. It also tells you if you are brushing too hard. Well engineered and great use of an app to encourage good brushing habits.

    Oral-B App Blocked in Africa

    I bought your Oral-B Genius but it's unfortunate that your Oral-B App is blocked in Africa. Can you do something about it as it is pointless buying the toothbrush when you can't connect it to your smartphone.
